Per problemi tecnico – organizzativi la rettoria della Chiesa di Orsanmichele a Firenze ha sospeso i “Vespri Musicali”, rassegna concertistica che ospitava l’esecuzione dell’opera omnia per organo di Dieterich Buxtehude da parte dell’organista Simone Stella. Di conseguenza, al momento le date del 25 aprile e del 6 giugno 2010 sono cancellate. Si spera nella possibilità di recuperare questi ultimi due concerti della serie: in tal caso, appena stabilite, le nuove date saranno comunicate prontamente sul sito. Ci scusiamo per l’incoveniente.

For technical – organizational problems the Church of Orsanmichele in Florence has stopped the “Musical Vespers”, the concerts serie that hosted the performance by the organist Simone Stella of the complete organ works by Dieterich Buxtehude. According to this change, for the moment the dates of 2010, 25th april and 6th june are cancelled. Il clavicembalista fiorentino Simone Stella firma un’accattivante esecuzione integrale del primo libro di Suites per clavicembalo del compositore barocco George Frideric Handel (1685-1759)

L’etichetta italiana OnClassical saluta il 2009, anno dedicato al 250° anniversario della morte del grande compositore George Frideric Handel, con una pregiata uscita discografica: l’esecuzione integrale, in due album, delle Suites de pièces pour le clavecin (leggi: Suites per clavicembalo, libro I, pub. nel 1720 n.d.r.) del genio di Halle, a cura del giovane clavicembalista fiorentino Simone Stella.
Dice OnClassical dell’esecutore: Ad oggi Simone Stella è certamente uno dei migliori giovani musicisti italiani. La sua prima incisione [per OnClassical] rivela un carattere rispettoso, accurato ed altamente musicale: in una parola, una performance matura.

Italian harpsichordist Simone Stella signed a captivating performance of the complete first book oh Harpsichord Suites by the great baroque composer George Frideric Handel (1685 – 1759)

The italian label OnClassical says goodbye to 2009 celebrating the 250^th anniversary of the death of George Frideric Handel (1759 – 2009) with a valuable recording: the complete Suites de pièces pour le clavecin (The harpsichord Suites, book 1, pub. in 1720) by the genius from Halle, played by the young florentine harpsichordist Simone Stella.
